Located in one of the most prestigious buildings in the city center—formerly the headquarters of the Municipal Gas Company—this historic property stands at the intersection of Via Lame and Via Marconi. The building dates back to 1933–1936 and was designed by architect Alberto Legnani and engineer Luciano Petrucci.

Residence Il Quinto offers a unique stay experience with its seven apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and Monolocale Plus units, all situated on the fifth floor and accessible by elevator.
