Two-room apartment of 48 sqm characterized by the “Cashmere” color scheme, divided into two areas with parquet flooring and high-quality finishes. The living area is furnished with a sofa that can be converted, when needed, into a comfortable French bed, and a dining table for four people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes 4 induction hobs, a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with either one double bed or, upon request, two single beds. The bathroom features a spacious shower. The living room windows overlook the shared inner patio, while the bedroom windows face an internal courtyard.

Why Choose It

The Residence is located in the Medieval heart of Bologna. Situated in Galleria Acquaderni, the most central area of the city, located between Piazza di Porta Ravegnana (the place where you can find Bologna’s symbol, the Two Towers) and Via Rizzoli. Just a few meters away is Piazza Maggiore, with the Fountain of Neptune and the Basilica of San Petronio. Almost all the apartments overlook Bologna’s iconic monument, the Two Towers Asinelli and Garisenda. Right behind Via Rizzoli is the famous Quadrilatero, the oldest part of the city offering a wide and concentrated selection of quality food products and fine jewelry stores. In the nearby university area, which also hosts the Municipal Theatre and the Conservatory, you will find bookstores and specialized shops supporting the university activities and the city’s culture. Don’t miss the very close Basilica of Santo Stefano, a complex of religious buildings also known as the “Seven Churches” complex.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR
The Residence Le Porte is located in “Area T” (Area T is formed by via Ugo Bassi, via Rizzoli, and via Indipendenza, and is monitored by RITA cameras; therefore, car access is strictly prohibited 24/7 every day of the week). For these reasons, it is not possible to reach the residence by car. You will need to park your car and reach the structure on foot. The nearest garages to the Residence are: Garage San Pietro, a 4-minute walk; Parcheggio piazza VIII Agosto, an 8-minute walk.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY TRAIN
From the Central Station, we recommend taking a taxi. You will find the taxi stand at the station exit; it will take approximately 10 minutes by taxi to reach the Residence. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 20 minutes on foot.

From the airport, we recommend taking a taxi. You will find the taxi stand at the station exit; it will take approximately 30 minutes by taxi to reach the Residence.
