Carducci Apartments was founded in 2010 in a historic bolognese building in the city centre.
We have flats of various sizes available for traditional rentals or as a holiday home (monthly rentals). The flats are elegantly furnished and have an equipped kitchenette. Some of them overlook a lush terrace from which you can enjoy a rare quietness. There is the option of double or single parking spaces in the building’s garage.
We are located in via Broccaindosso, one of the most characteristic streets of the historical centre with its colorful porticoes and ancient trattorias.

Carducci Apartments is located in Via Broccaindosso, in the heart of San Vitale, in one of the most typical streets of the historical centre of with its colourful walls and porticoes and picturesque restaurant, which is why it is called the street of good food, as well as being the home of the famous poet Carducci.
Within walking distance you can find all services such as pharmacies, minimarkets, food shops and clothing shops.
The Policlinico S.Orsola-Malpighi hospital is just a few minutes’ walk away from the property.
Along the adjacent Maggiore Street there are two interesting museums, the Davia Bargellini Civic Museum of Industrial Art on the ground floor of the prestigious Bargellini Palace and the International Museum and Library
of Music.
For painting enthusiasts, there is the house-museum of the famous Bolognese painter Giorgio Morandi located close by in Via Fondazza, and finally, in the university area, you can find the National Art Gallery where to admire famous mastepieces of painters such as Giotto, Raffaello and Carracci.
